• Session rate is $155 for a 45-minute session.

• Select Initial Speech Therapy Session (either in-person or virtual) on booking page. 

• I'm typically fully booked 2-3 months in advance, so you will likely have to wait a couple months before our first session. Feel free to email me with your availability and I can reach out if I have a cancellation. There is also an option to add yourself to the waitlist when booking. 

• Official receipt for insurance will be emailed after the session.

• Package session option information will be provided after this session.

• Sessions take place at my home therapy clinic in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, Canada or virtually via Zoom.

• If the session is for a child, the parent/guardian is required to attend the first session.

• This initial session is not a formal assessment. It is to get to know one another, for you (and your child) to see the therapy space, feel comfortable, ask questions, and then we will come up with a plan moving forward. If our goals are straightforward, we will often begin therapy during this first session! 

• If you are located outside of NL, ON, AB, BC then you will not be able to submit the receipt for insurance reimbursement. 

• For virtual sessions, please use a tablet or laptop (NOT a phone), if possible, as I will often share my screen to show therapy materials and a phone screen is too small. 

• After booking, you will receive an email confirmation from the booking engine, Jane. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. 

• Reminder emails/texts are sent prior to the session.
